PCOS Remedy Bootcamp

PCOS support that listens, not lectures.

A 12-week personalised PCOS/PMOS nutrition coaching program to help you understand your body, manage symptoms, improve your relationship with food, and build a sustainable lifestyle — without shame, confusion, or another restrictive diet.

✨ You’ve tried eating healthier.
✨ You’ve tried exercising more.
✨ You’ve tried cutting carbs, counting calories, or taking supplements.

And somehow, you still feel stuck.

PCOS Remedy Bootcamp helps you stop guessing and start understanding what your body actually needs — with personalised support from a PCOS-specialised dietitian who gets it.

“Before working with Vivienne, I felt so confused about what to eat for PCOS. I had tried so many diets and always felt like I was failing. Now I understand my body so much better and feel more confident with food.”

— Aleisha B.

Applications are reviewed before enrolment to make sure the program is the right fit for your goals.

If you’re tired of being told to “just lose weight,” cut carbs, take the pill, or try another supplement without understanding what your body actually needs, you’re in the right place.

PCOS Remedy Bootcamp is for women who want clear, compassionate, evidence-based support to manage PCOS in a way that finally makes sense for real life.

A woman stands in front of a pink background holding up a calendar that marks her menstrual cycle

Does this sound familiar?

“I don’t know what to eat anymore.”

“I lose weight, then gain it back.”

“I’m eating healthy but still not seeing results.”

“I don’t want to calorie count forever.”

“I want to eat out without guilt.”

“I’m worried about my future fertility.”

And somehow, you still feel stuck

—> You’ve tried eating healthier, intermittent fasting, gluten free, dairy free and many other diets.

—> You’ve tried exercising more but still won’t shift a kilo.

—> You’ve tried cutting carbs, counting calories, or taking supplements.
—> Your periods are still unpredictable.
—> Your cravings feel intense and out of control.
—> Your energy crashes by the afternoon.
And the advice online only makes you feel more confused.

No wonder you feel overwhelmed.

The truth is: you do not need more food rules.
You need a clearer understanding of your body and a realistic plan that fits your life.

What if you could feel differently?

This is not about perfection. It is about finally having a plan you can trust.

  • Imagine knowing what to eat without obsessing over every calorie.

  • Imagine feeling calmer around food, more in control of cravings, and more confident eating out with friends.

  • Imagine understanding your symptoms, your labs, your supplements, and your body — instead of guessing what to try next.

  • Imagine losing the weight that you will never gain back

  • Imagine building habits that support your hormones, metabolism, cycle, fertility, and long-term health, while still enjoying your life.

That is what PCOS Remedy Bootcamp is designed to help you.

Inside the program, we work towards helping you:

  • Understand your PCOS root causes

  • Build meals that support your hormones and energy

  • Manage cravings without relying on willpower

  • Feel more confident around food choices

  • Support more regular cycles

My approach:

science-based, non-diet, and personalised

  • 📄 Personalised

Your PCOS is not the same as someone else’s. We look at your symptoms, blood tests, lifestyle, goals, food preferences, and past experiences to create a plan that makes sense for you.

  • 🍎 Sustainable

You do not need another plan that works for two weeks and then falls apart. We focus on habits you can actually maintain — including eating out, social events, busy workdays, travel, cravings, and real life.

  • 💡 Empowering

You deserve to understand what is happening in your body. My goal is to help you feel informed, capable, and confident, not dependent on someone telling you exactly what to do forever.

  • 🙌 Result Driven

This is compassionate support, but it is also strategic. We focus on evidence-based changes that can support weight management, energy, cycles, fertility, cravings, and long-term metabolic health.

What Our Clients Say

What we work on inside the program

PCOS is complex, which means your plan needs to be more personal than “eat less and move more.”

Inside PCOS Remedy Bootcamp, we focus on the foundations, symptoms, and long-term habits that help you manage PCOS in a sustainable way.

  • In the first phase, we focus on understanding your body and creating your personalised plan.

    You’ll learn:

    • Your likely PCOS root causes

    • How your symptoms connect with insulin resistance, stress, inflammation, or other drivers

    • How to eat for your type of PCOS

    • How to structure meals to support energy, cravings, and hormones

    • Which labs and supplements may be relevant for your goals

    • What nutrition changes will give you the most impact without overwhelming you

  • In the second phase, we focus on your personal symptoms and the areas where you feel most stuck.

    This may include:

    • Weight management using a non-diet approach

    • Cravings and emotional eating

    • Acne, hair loss, facial hair, and skin concerns

    • Bloating, gut symptoms, and food sensitivities

    • Energy crashes and fatigue

    • Eating out, travel, social events, and real-life consistency

    • Fertility support for ovulation, egg freezing, IVF or future fertility plans

  • In the final phase, we focus on helping you turn your plan into a lifestyle.

    You’ll work on:

    • Building a better food-body relationship

    • Mindful eating and hunger/fullness awareness

    • Exercise and stress support

    • Long-term habit building

    • Troubleshooting what still feels hard

    • Creating a realistic maintenance plan beyond the program

  • PCOS Remedy Bootcamp is designed to give you a strong foundation, a personalised plan, and practical tools you can continue using beyond the program.

Towards the end of the 12 weeks, we’ll review your progress together and discuss what your next step looks like.

Some clients feel ready to continue independently. Others prefer ongoing support for accountability, troubleshooting, fertility preparation, weight management, cravings, or long-term habit building.

If you feel you would benefit from more support, continued coaching options can be discussed before the program ends. Our journey does not have to stop at 12 weeks.

About Vivienne

Hi, I’m Vivienne — an Accredited Practising Dietitian, PCOS and fertility dietitian, and a fellow PCOSer with 15+ yrs experience.

I know what it feels like to live in a body that feels confusing, unpredictable, and hard to trust.

That is why my work is not about lecturing you, blaming you, or handing you another generic meal plan.

I support women with PCOS who are tired of feeling dismissed, judged, or stuck in a cycle of restriction. Together, we take a compassionate, evidence-based, non-diet approach to managing PCOS — one that helps you understand your body, support your hormones, and build habits that work in real life.

My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and capable again.

Because PCOS care should not leave you feeling more confused. It should help you feel clear, confident, and in control.

FAQs

  • No. You can apply if you have been diagnosed with PCOS, suspect you have PCOS, or are currently being investigated. If you are unsure, we can discuss what information may be helpful to bring from your GP or specialist.

  • This is not a quick weight-loss challenge or restrictive diet program. Weight management can be part of your goals, but we approach it through sustainable nutrition, lifestyle, hormone support, and behaviour change — not shame, extreme restriction, or calorie counting forever.

  • Yes, and no. You will receive personalised nutrition guidance, personalised meal structure support, meal ideas, and access to resources such as the recipe bank and meal planner. The goal is not to make you dependent on a rigid plan which is not personalised for you, but to help you feel confident making food choices in real life.

  • Yes, this program can support women who are preparing for pregnancy, trying to conceive, or planning fertility treatment. We can focus on nutrition, supplements, cycle health, insulin resistance, and lifestyle factors that support your fertility goals.

  • You may be eligible for Medicare rebates with a GP referral under a Chronic Disease Management plan. Private health rebates may also apply depending on your cover. Please check with your GP or health fund before enrolling.

  • After you submit your application, my team or I will review your answers and contact you within 2–3 business days. If the program is a good fit, we’ll send you enrolment details or invite you to book a short fit call before joining.

  • That is okay. The application is designed to help us understand your goals, symptoms, and readiness. You do not need to have everything figured out before applying.

  • You don’t need a referral letter to start the program. However, we prefer to have a copy of your recent blood test reports from your doctor.

You need a referral from your GP for chronic disease management for a Medicare rebate.

  • We will review blood test results and execute a plan for further testing where required. A full list of recommended blood tests will be emailed to you after enrollment. Using all this information our expert dietitians will formulate a science-based treatment plan and provide you with all the resources, knowledge, and support that you need to help you reach your goals.

  • We will conduct a comprehensive assessment considering weight history, medical history, menstrual cycle health, medications, supplements, dietary intake, blood test results, and lifestyle factors. A personal tailored meal and supplement plan will be provided at the end of the session.

  • Towards the end of the program, we will review your progress, discuss what has changed, and identify what support you may need moving forward.

Some clients feel confident continuing independently with the tools and plan they have built. Others prefer ongoing support for accountability, troubleshooting, fertility preparation, or longer-term symptom management.

If you would like more support, continued coaching options can be discussed before the program ends.

Ready to stop guessing and start understanding your PCOS?

You do not need another restrictive diet, another random supplement, or another plan that makes you feel like you have failed.

You need support that sees the full picture — your symptoms, your lifestyle, your goals, and your lived experience.

Because PCOS Remedy Bootcamp is a personalised coaching program, I only take a limited number of clients for each enrolment period to make sure every client receives the support, attention, and care they deserve.

If you are ready to feel more confident, informed, and supported in your PCOS journey, I’d love to review your application.

Applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. If the program is a good fit, you’ll receive enrolment details or an invitation to book a short fit call.
